Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker / Finisher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinetry, performing precise finishing work, and ensuring all projects meet our rigorous standards of craftsmanship. Your expertise will contribute to transforming raw materials into beautiful, functional pieces that enhance our clients’ spaces.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from custom residential cabinetry to restoration and renovation endeavors, utilizing your woodworking, finishing, and installation skills to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct and finish cabinetry and related woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery with precision and efficiency.
- Perform surface preparation including sanding, staining, painting, and finishing to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Apply knowledge of construction painting techniques to ensure durable finishes that meet project specifications.
- Install cabinetry in office securely while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing cabinetry or wood features.
- Collaborate with team members on layout planning, material estimation, and project execution to optimize workflow.
- Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing and installation process to maintain high craftsmanship standards.




- Use schematics and technical drawings to guide accurate rebar installation, masonry work, or siding as needed for integrated projects involving woodwork.

Experience

- Proven experience in cabinetry making, woodworking, or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, CNC machinery operation, and construction estimating processes.
- Hands-on expertise with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and safety procedures in a construction environment.
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines including masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work, rebar installation, siding application, and caulking is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in restoration or renovation projects involving woodwork or cabinetry is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of standing or working at heights when necessary.
