Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinetry and expertly installing custom cabinets in residential and commercial spaces. Your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to interpret schematics will ensure our clients receive beautiful, functional, and durable cabinetry solutions.

Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately craft and install cabinetry.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and other materials using hand tools and power tools to create custom cabinets.
- Install cabinets securely in various settings, ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and finishing for a polished look.
- Perform related tasks such as sanding and painting, flooring installation, tile laying and general carpentry as needed on job sites.
- Conduct restoration projects involving cabinetry repair or replacement while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Use CNC machinery for accurate cutting and shaping of components when required.
- Apply construction painting and caulking techniques to ensure finished work is protected from elements and looks impeccable.




- Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on construction estimating, project planning, and site preparation to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or cabinetry installation within a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other construction equipment.
- Knowledge of construction painting, flooring installation, tile laying, siding work, roofing techniques, plumbing basics, electrical experience, and masonry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction projects.
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or plumbing systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail; committed to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver’s license preferred; safety training certifications are advantageous.
