01 About the role Be the operational anchor of MCG’s Cold Lake campus. You’ll support day-to-day campus functions, assist students, handle administrative tasks, and ensure the campus runs smoothly and reflects MCG’s standard of care. 02 What you'll do 01 Open and close the campus according to daily schedules 02 Greet and assist students, visitors, and prospective applicants 03 Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally 04 Coordinate supply orders, room bookings, and campus logistics 05 Support instructors with printing, materials, and day-to-day classroom needs 06 Assist with data entry and record keeping in the student information system 03 What you'll bring Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role Friendly, reliable, and highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
