Client Intake Specialist – Canadian Citizenship by Descent (Bill C-3)

Job Overview

YARSA Immigration Services Inc. is expanding its Canadian Citizenship by Descent division and is seeking a knowledgeable, confident, and client focused professional with practical experience in Canadian citizenship by descent and Bill C-3-related matters.

The successful candidate will serve as an initial point of contact for prospective clients. The role involves providing general program information, conducting preliminary intake, gathering family and citizenship history, explaining the firm’s services, following up with leads, and helping qualified applicants move forward with retaining our firm.

This is a hybrid position combining remote work with scheduled attendance at our Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with prospective clients by telephone, Zoom, email, social media, and other online platforms
- Provide clear general information about Canadian citizenship by descent and Bill C-3-related matters
- Explain the services offered by YARSA Immigration Services in a professional and client-friendly manner
- Conduct preliminary client intake and gather relevant information about parents, grandparents, dates and places of birth, citizenship history, and family circumstances
- Identify potential eligibility indicators and refer files requiring legal assessment to the supervising RCIC
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with leads and respond to general questions




- Help qualified prospective clients understand the benefits and process of retaining our firm
- Convert qualified leads into signed clients while maintaining qualified and ethical standards
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client communications, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Coordinate with the supervising RCIC and internal team regarding assessments and next steps
- Participate in training and remain informed about developments involving Bill C-3 and Canadian citizenship by descent

Qualifications
- Practical knowledge of Canadian citizenship by descent and Bill C-3
- Previous experience involving Bill C-3, citizenship by descent, immigration client intake, consultation support, client services, or business development
- Strong spoken and written English
- Persian (Farsi) language proficiency is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, follow-up, and client relationship skills
- Strong sales and client-conversion abilities without using pressure, making guarantees, or providing unauthorized advice
- Confident and comfortable communicating with clients by telephone and video conference
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable communicating with clients from the United States, Canada, and other countries
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Zoom, email platforms, and social media is an asset




- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Legal advice, final eligibility assessments, legal interpretations, and recommendations regarding an applicant’s case will be provided or approved by the supervising RCIC.
