Location: Arsenault Project, near Teslin, Yukon Territory

Schedule: Fly-In/Fly-Out from Teslin daily | 5 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Compensation: $350/day

Travel: Must be able to travel to Teslin, YT. Employee will be paid half the day rate for travel days in addition to travel expenses being paid.

About the Opportunity

Terracad Geoscience Services Ltd. is seeking experienced and safety-focused Carpenters / Drill Pad Builders to join our team at the Arsenault Project, located near Teslin, Yukon Territory. This position plays a critical role in constructing stable, level, and safe wooden timber platforms and drill pads for diamond drilling operations in remote terrain.

Key Responsibilities

- Construct, level, and secure wooden drill pads and platforms on uneven or sloping terrain.
- Safely operate power tools, chainsaws, framing equipment, and hand tools required for pad assembly.
- Inspect, dismantle, move, and re-erect drill platforms in coordination with drill moves.
- Conduct terrain assessments prior to construction to ensure structural stability.
- Coordinate closely with diamond drillers, geologists,



and camp supervisors to ensure drill pads meet rig dimensions.
- Safely unload, stack, and organize lumber and construction materials at remote field sites.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a solid safety culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience in carpentry or remote drill pad building (mineral exploration background preferred).
- Must be able to travel to Teslin, YT.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor (lifting 50+ lbs) outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work effectively on a rotational 5 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule in remote field conditions.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, hazard identification, environmental stewardship, and teamwork.
