1) Saturdays (8:30am to 3:00pm with a half hour paid lunch)

2) Casual relief coverage for vacations/sick leave

We are looking for dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are passionate about community health nursing and geriatric care. Job Summary:

The LPN provides a holistic Person Centred Care approach and has responsibility for the intake of clients and overseeing the development of comprehensive care plans and client wellness initiatives. The LPN provides information,



education and support to caregivers to assist them to reduce caregiver isolation.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized program for Practical Nurses. Training in Pharmacology, Dementia and care of the elderly an asset. Current full practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC). Current CPR required.

Other:

· Mandarin and Cantonese language an asset.

· As this position is in the vulnerable sector, a criminal records check will be required.
