Job Summary The Central Reservation Agent is often the first point of contact for guests and plays a key role in creating a positive first impression of Predator Ridge Resort. This role supports guests by handling accommodation and resort-related reservations, providing accurate information, and delivering friendly, professional service by phone, email, and online systems. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping guests plan memorable resort experiences.

Responsibilities

- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms in a timely and professional manner

- Process reservations for accommodations and resort services accurately and efficiently

- Provide knowledgeable information on resort amenities, accommodations, policies, and seasonal offerings

- Modify, confirm, or cancel reservations while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail

- Upsell resort amenities, accommodation types, and promotions when appropriate

- Maintain up-to-date guest profiles and reservation records in the property management system

- Handle guest concerns or booking issues professionally and escalate when required

- Work collaboratively with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Sales,



and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Follow privacy, payment, and data security procedures

- Support peak booking periods with flexibility and a positive attitude

Qualifications & Skills

- Previous customer service or reservations experience preferred (hospitality or resort experience an asset)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Comfortable working with reservation systems, computers, and multiple software platforms

- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment

- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage high call volumes during peak seasons

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
