Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated CDA with strong communication skills and a commitment to best-practice patient care. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is dependable, eager to learn, and passionate, providing compassionate care in a warm and welcoming clinical setting to pediatric patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to safety and infection control protocols
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Take and process dental radiographs; assist with digital imaging and CAD technology as needed
- Manage and update patient records using dental software systems




- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and post-operative care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly clinical setting
- Support inventory management and stocking of dental supplies
- Contribute to smooth daily clinic operations through teamwork and professionalism

Qualifications & Experience

- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent chairside manner and ability to work with children
- Strong knowledge of dental and medical terminology
- Experience with Tracker Dental Software is a plus
- Familiarity with digital dentistry is a plus
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part time Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
