WHO WE ARE The Pediatric Dental Group (PDG) are a multi-location dental group, and specialize in Orthodontics and Pediatric dentistry for children, adolescent, and adults in our Vancouver, Delta, Richmond, and Coquitlam offices.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for a highly proactive and self-motivated Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to be part of our growing team. As a CDA you will be expected to provides assistance to professional dental staff and perform Certified Dental Assistant duties such as setting up instruments and supplies and performing procedures during dental treatment and surgery. A positive attitude and team player mentality is a must!

This position is a full-time CDA for our Vancouver clinic.

JOB DUTIES

· Introducing the dental world to children

· Oral Health Instructions & Charting

· Explaining Dental Procedures & Materials to patients and parents

· Assisting the Doctors During Dental Procedures

· Maintaining and practicing enhanced infection control

· Working as a team in open clinic concept

· Charting and record keeping

· Digital record entries

· Licensed CDA duties

Qualifications

· Practicing BC CDA licence with CDSBC

· In good standing with CDSBC

· Team Player

· Ability to work in high volume patient based clinic

· Knowledge/Experience with Tracker or similar dental software

· Second language is an asset

· Ortho Module is an asset
