Change Management Professional (Level 1) – Hybrid | Fraser Valley, BC

I'm recruiting for a 12-month contract (robust possibility of extension) for a Change Management Professional (Level 1) supporting a large enterprise transformation project.

Term: 12 months (likely to extend)

Pay $43-50ph Incorporated or $35-41ph T4 - Targets

What you'll be doing

- Support change management and organizational readiness activities
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
- Create presentations, job aids, guides, and training materials
- Organize and manage training schedules and logistics
- Track training metrics and stakeholder feedback
- Help ensure successful adoption of new business processes and systems

Must-Haves:
- 1–2+ years of change management, training, or organizational change experience
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable facilitating training and speaking to groups
- Able to work onsite in the Fraser Valley on a hybrid schedule

Nice to Have:
- Utility industry experience
- Experience with Camtasia or video editing software
