Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality food production
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Oversee food handling procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
- Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and customer service skills




- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that delight guests and reflect current culinary trends
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health codes and safety protocols

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills across diverse cuisines
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams in a restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices
- Excellent food industry knowledge including current trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques
- Effective communication skills for serving guests and coordinating with staff
- Ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
