RoleOverview We are seeking experienced Interim Chief Restructuring Officers (CROs) to support industrial and manufacturing organizations facing operational or financial challenges. With a proven track record in turnaround situations, these leaders combine financial restructuring and deep operational expertise to rapidly assess complex environments, stabilize performance, and deliver pragmatic, results-driven transformation plans.

KeyResponsibilities

- Lead end-to-end restructuring initiatives across manufacturing and industrial operations
- Diagnoseoperationalandfinancialperformance,identifyingrootcausesofunderperformance
- Developandexecuteturnaroundplansfocusedonprofitability,cashflow,andoperationalefficiency
- Optimizecoststructures,productionprocesses,andsupplychainperformance
- Improveworkingcapitalmanagement,includinginventory,procurement,andreceivables
- ImplementperformancemanagementframeworksandKPIsatplantandgrouplevel
- Supportstrategicdecisionssuchassiterationalization,footprintoptimization,ordivestitures




- Workcloselywithleadershipteams,boards,andstakeholderstoalignonrestructuringpriorities
- Strengthenoperationaldisciplineacrossproduction,quality,andmaintenancefunctions
- Leadchangemanagementinitiativestoensureexecutionandadoptionontheground
- Coordinatewithfinancialandlegaladvisorswhenrequiredinrestructuringorspecialsituations

Qualifications

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a CEO, General Manager, or equivalent executive role
- Proventrackrecordleadingorganizationsthroughrestructuring,turnaround,ortransformationsituations
- Strongbackgroundinindustrialormanufacturingenvironments(multi-site,plantoperations,supplychain)
- Deepexpertiseincostoptimization,operationalefficiency,andcashmanagement
- Abilitytooperatehands-onincomplex,high-pressureenvironments
- Strongleadershipandstakeholdermanagementskills,includingboard-levelexposure
- Experienceinspecialsituations(distressedassets,carve-outs,rapidtransformation)isaplus
- MBA,CPA,orrelevantadvanceddegreepreferred
