FernLee Maintenance Services Inc. is seeking skilled Subcontractors / freelance cleaners to deliver high-quality commercial and residential cleaning solutions across the GTA. This role involves a variety of tasks related to Janitorial, commercial and residential cleaning. The ideal candidate possesses a solid work ethic, a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in various environments.
Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality commercial and residential cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing surfaces to a spotless standard.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any concerns or requests promptly.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure client satisfaction every time.
- Take before and after photos.
- Report any incidents or damages immediately.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in multiple cleaning categories, including janitorial,
commercial, residential, deep clean, post-construction, and carpet cleaning.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
- Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to provide a criminal background check and professional references.
- Excellent time-management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for clear interaction with team members and clients.
