JOB OVERVIEW:Responsible for performing custodial duties, minor maintenance and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that buildings and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:





- Moving furniture
- Cleaning Ptacs
- Other projects asked by manager or supervisor
- Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner
- Report equipment repairs and stock shortages
- Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs
- Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment
- Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System
- Ability to read & understand labels & instructions
- Previous custodial experience an asset
- excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using electronics

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Pressure washing experience
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
