Job Summary

We are a growing cleaning company in Toronto looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. You will provide high-quality cleaning services for residential homes, offices, and construction sites. We value professionalism, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization

- Maintain cleanliness of commercial spaces such as offices, retail stores, and hospitality venues by executing scheduled cleaning routines

- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items

- Assist with light cooking tasks when required to support client needs or hospitality functions

- Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated schedules

- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide excellent customer service

- Organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient workflow and safety standards are maintained

Qualifications

- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus for bilingual communication with diverse clients





- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently

- Ability to perform light cooking and laundry duties as part of comprehensive client service offerings

- Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members

- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and hospitality standards is advantageous
