Position Details
Location: Remote with the possibility of in-person requirements at designated times.
Position: Full-Time Contract (Maternity Leave Coverage)

Compensation: $38,000 – $50,000, based on experience
Reports To: Financial Advisor
Start Date: Late August or Early September 2026

We're looking for a highly organized professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and keeping priorities moving forward.
Working closely with the advisor, you'll support client relationships, manage day-to-day administration, coordinate priorities, and help improve how the practice operates. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, follows through, and is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries by phone and email.
- Coordinate follow-up activities and ongoing client communications.
- Help create a positive and professional experience for every client interaction.
- Assist with account openings, transfers, and client documentation.
- Prepare meeting materials and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data.
- Manage correspondence and administrative tasks.
- Track priorities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
- Assist with business planning initiatives and ongoing projects.
- Support client events, marketing activities, and research assignments.
What You'll Bring · 3–5 years of experience in administration, client service, operations, or office coordination.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Strong comfort level with online systems, including the ability to learn new platforms intuitively and troubleshoot independently.
· Experience in financial services, insurance, investment, or another professional services workplace is an asset.
· Interest in future securities and/or life insurance licensing is an asset.
