Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for delivering an elevated client experience that reflects Maison Margiela’s values and aesthetic. This role involves welcoming and engaging clients, understanding their needs, presenting collections, and offering personalized styling and product recommendations.

The Client

Advisor manages the full sales cycle, including client follow-up, building long-term relationships, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling transactions, supporting store operations, ensuring visual merchandising standards,



and collaborating with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Advisor also contributes to client outreach activities and participates in brand events and trainings to deepen product knowledge and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Service, with a focus on delivering luxury-level Customer Satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage a diverse clientele and collaborate with the store team.
- Ability to understand and explain relevant Insurance or warranty-related information associated with purchases when applicable.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a premium service environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid product knowledge appetite and interest in avant-garde fashion, styling, and current market trends.
- Ability to work on-site in Vancouver, BC, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required by store operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling transactions, inventory, and store standards.
- Professional demeanor, inclusive mindset, and commitment to fostering a welcoming workplace for all clients.
