Client Care Coordinator — West Springs Veterinary Hospital

Dand Vet Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Client Care Coordinator to support our growing clinic in a call centre–focused, in office role.

This position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong veterinary triaging ability, and a genuine passion for veterinary medicine. Experience in a veterinary clinic — particularly in emergency or high-volume front desk environments — is considered a strong asset.

As the first point of contact for our clinics, you will play a critical role in guiding clients, assessing urgency, and ensuring each patient and owner is supported with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
