Harris & Partners Inc., a Licensed Insolvency Trustee (formerly Trustee in Bankruptcy), is a firm with locations across Canada with over 35 years’ experience in the Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Consulting fields. We are a team oriented, driven, fast paced environment, and are currently looking to fill the role of Client Services Specialist at our Markham, ON Office.

Compensation is industry matching and benefits are available for full-time employees. It is essential that candidates have experience with Microsoft Office, are OK learning new software and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Our team is our greatest asset.

Role:

- Communicate with clients directly via phone, online chat and email for all locations
- General office administration
- Answer inquires for all locations

Requirements:

- Mandatory– Fluent in English, written and oral
- Mandatory– Experience with Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook
- Mandatory– Strong communication skills/strong phone skills
- Mandatory- Employees are expected to report to work as scheduled and on time
- Highly desirable – Ability to adapt to new software quickly/computer skills
- Highly desirable – College/University Education
- Highly desirable - Teamwork skills
- Highly desirable - Person with high integrity (we work with sensitive information)
