We are searching for a friendly, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Clinic Assistant to grow with us. As a valuable member of our team, you will assist daily operations, ensure smooth patient flow, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Location:

Step Up Massage & Rehab clinics are located in downtown Toronto: 218 Adelaide St W (University/Adelaide), 45 St Clair Ave W (Yonge/St Clair), and 32 Wellington St E (Yonge/Wellington). All three are a short walk from a TTC subway stations (on Line 1), and public parking lots are available within a one-minute walk.

Responsibilities:

As the welcoming face of our clinic, you will hold a vital role. Responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients warmly, managing check‑ins, and guiding guests through their visit
- Supporting a smooth and efficient clinic flow by coordinating appointments and assisting clinicians
- Engaging confidently with guests, answering questions with knowledge of our services, products, and pricing
- Processing payments, submitting online insurance claims, and following up on outstanding items with accuracy
- Running daily reports, reconciling cash floats, and troubleshooting front desk issues
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception and waiting area
- Managing clinic laundry to ensure treatment rooms are supplied
- Restocking supplies and make timely requests for replenishment




- Opening and closing the clinic following established procedures
- Playing an active role in a positive, team‑driven environment while upholding the high standards that define Step Up

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a warm, personable approach with the ability to build rapport with patients and teammates
- Has strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to confidently navigate a variety of situations
- Is able to maintain a calm and professional presence under pressure, especially during busy clinic hours
- Has excellent multitasking and time management skills to keep operations running smoothly
- Is reliable, has attention to detail, and carries a proactive, resourceful mindset
- Is comfortable using Windows-based systems, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Previous experience in a front desk or retail setting is an asset.
