Established custom cabinetry and millwork manufacturer is hiring an experienced CNC programmer to own programming for our nesting cells. You'll take projects from approved drawings and cutting lists through nesting, optimization, and machine-ready code, and keep the machines cutting accurately and efficiently day to day.

The role starts as a contract engagement, with strong potential to become permanent.

What you'll do

- Program and release production jobs for CNC nesting equipment from drawings and cutting lists
- Run nesting and sheet optimization for TFL/melamine and other sheet goods
- Own the machine-side data: tool libraries, tooling setups, feeds and speeds, program libraries
- Configure and maintain post processors; run test cuts and first articles through to sign-off
- Troubleshoot programming and machine-side issues on the floor
- Keep setups, tooling, and procedures documented as you go
- Work day to day with our design and shop teams

What you bring





- Proven CNC programming experience in cabinet or millwork manufacturing (nesting environment)
- Hands-on experience with Mozaik strongly preferred — please speak to it directly in your application
- Experience with SCM machines and Maestro strongly preferred; Xilog an asset
- Solid grounding in sheet-goods manufacturing: nesting, edge processing, hardware boring
- Comfortable working from AutoCAD drawings and cutting lists
- Independent, methodical, and documentation-minded
