Avala Equities is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Coworking Office Space Manager to lead the development and operation of a new coworking and flexible office space at Plaza 14 in Calgary.

This is a unique opportunity to help transform an existing office floor into a vibrant coworking community. You will oversee the office conversion, coordinate improvements, and play a key role in creating a modern, professional workspace for businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the office conversion and improvement project from planning through opening.

Coordinate contractors, vendors, furniture installation, and technology implementation.

Develop and execute a leasing strategy to attract members and office tenants.

Conduct tours and convert prospective members into long-term clients.

Build relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and commercial brokers.

Promote the coworking space through networking, community outreach, and marketing initiatives.





Manage the day-to-day operations of the coworking space once open.

Organize events and create a welcoming, collaborative setting for members.

Ensure the space is professionally maintained and delivers an exceptional customer experience. What We're Looking For

Experience in coworking, commercial leasing, hospitality, property management, or business development is an asset.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership of projects.

Organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for creating engaging workspaces and growing a business.
