- Act as the main point of contact for certain files and ensure coordination with stakeholders
- Mobilize employees, advance work and ensure that priorities and commitments are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, including code reviews, standards, testing, and automation
- Actively participate in the organization of the team, anticipate blockages and propose concrete solutions
- Support releases, application stability, and complex incident resolution.

- Strong knowledge of mainframe environments and Cobol development;

Experience with central office tools and practices, including Endevor, Zeke, and log analysis

- Good understanding of the insurance industry and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Mastery of Agile and DevOps practices, including automation, frequent deliveries and production support
- Leadership, autonomy and ability to bring several files to fruition
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
- Knowledge of Natural and Assembler languages is an asset.
