We are seeking an experienced and dependable Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, collaborating with technicians and office staff, and providing accurate estimates and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate collision repair estimates using Mitchell Estimating
- Inspect vehicles and document visible and potential damage
- Communicate repair requirements clearly with customers, technicians, insurance representatives, and suppliers
- Review estimates and supplements to ensure all required repairs are included
- Coordinate with the repair team to help keep jobs moving efficiently
- Maintain organized and accurate customer and vehicle records
- Assist with scheduling, parts coordination, and customer updates as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience using Mitchell Estimating is required
- Collision estimating experience is considered a strong asset
- Automotive glass installation experience is considered an asset
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Valid driver’s licence
