We seek to find detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and strive with pride. This position is primarily part-time evenings and weekends, however there are some daytime hours available periodically when post-construction cleans arise. Hours are dependent on availability along with job performance. Experience is not necessary as we will train. Someone with mechanical aptitude would be appreciated when it comes to maintaining equipment as required.

Responsibilities:- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies- Empty trash and replace liners- Clean windows, glass surfaces,



and mirrors- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and high-traffic areas- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines- Operate buffing machines to maintain floors- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:- Previous experience in industrial cleaning or similar role preferred- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment- Ability to work independently and follow instructions- Strong attention to detail and time management skills- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required- Excellent communication skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 hours per week minimum
