Purpose of the position

The candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to):

- Protect property and assets by maintaining a high visibility presence.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances with the assistance of the Fire Department, Community Peace Officers and/or RCMP when required.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily shift activities.
- Provide excellent customer service to the public, providing direction and responding to inquiries when required.

Qualifications

- Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent
- 1 to 2 years related experience




- Security or Investigation related license is an asset
- Be able to act quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
- Have good conflict resolution skills.
- Be well-developed in public relations skills.
- Class 5 Driver's License required.
- Criminal Record Check required.

Position details

- Hours of work: As required based on operational needs. Shifts include nights, weekends, and days.
- Wage: $23.50 to $33.35 based on qualifications
- Benefit: All access pass to Bold Centre Multiplex and Pool

Competition Number: 55-CPM-26
