Community Sales Representative

Are you a natural people-person who loves meeting new people and building relationships?

We’re looking for a confident, outgoing Community Sales Representative who enjoys connecting with people, creating opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships.

This is a people-focused, performance-driven sales role with an hourly wage plus performance-based bonuses.

What You’ll Do

- Represent Merry Maids professionally in the community.
- Connect with potential customers and introduce them to our services.
- Generate new customer opportunities and appointments.
- Build relationships and follow up with prospects.
- Focus on developing long-term recurring customers.
- Track conversations, opportunities, and follow-ups using our sales tools.
- Work independently while being supported by our management team.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Is outgoing, friendly, and confident speaking with people.
- Enjoys meeting new people and starting conversations.
- Is comfortable approaching new people and handling rejection.
- Is self-motivated, positive, and results-oriented.




- Is persistent and great at following up.
- Is organized and reliable.
- Enjoys working independently and being out in the community.

Sales Experience Strongly Encouraged

Have you ever built your own customer base?

We especially encourage applications from people with experience in direct sales, relationship-based sales, or running their own sales territory, including Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, real estate, fundraising, door-to-door sales, or similar businesses.

Compensation

Hourly wage + performance-based bonuses The bonus program is designed to reward the creation and retention of long-term recurring customers.
