Help inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs by mentoring a team of high school students participating in JA Ottawa's Company Program. As a Company Program After-School Mentor, you'll guide students as they launch and operate their own business. Acting as a coach rather than an instructor, you'll encourage critical thinking, ask thought-provoking questions, share your skilled experience, and help students build confidence as they navigate real-world business challenges.
Mentors attend weekly evening sessions (approximately 2–2.5 hours) from mid-September to mid-January and provide guidance in areas such as leadership, teamwork, marketing, finance, sales, operations, and problem-solving. No teaching experience is required—just a passion for supporting youth and helping them discover their potential. Time Commitment
