Highlights:
- $23.71/hour to start, progressing to $29.55/ hour after one (1) year.
- $0.80 per hour shift premium when working the afternoon shift.

Employees will work Monday through Friday on a rotating weekly schedule that includes both day and afternoon shifts. Shifts times are:
- Day Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

Our plant is a heavy manufacturing environment. The work is physical, demanding, and hands-on. You’ll get dirty, work around concrete and production machinery, and be expected to contribute as part of a team that takes pride in producing high-quality products safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on tasks throughout the production process, including cage building, mould set-up, concrete batching and pouring, and spinning and steaming poles.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Operate hand tools, equipment, and machinery according to standard procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members across multiple production areas.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Participate in daily housekeeping and workstation organization.
Education & Experience:
- Previous manufacturing, construction, industrial, or labour experience is considered an asset.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work.
- Proven reliability and good attendance.
- Ability to speak and read English is required, as applicants must be able to read and understand procedural documents, product drawings, and production paperwork.
- Physical requirements vary based on assigned job; however, all require a minimum ability to lift up to 50lbs, carry, push, pull, bend, stand, and walk.
- Previous experience in a team lead role considered an asset.
