Concrete Labourer / Concrete Prep/Finisher (1–3 Years Experience or more )

Everest Concrete is looking for a reliable, hardworking Concrete Labourer/Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. We primarily specialize in residential flatwork, including driveways, sidewalks, patios, and other concrete projects.

We're looking for someone with 1–3 years of concrete experience, particularly in concrete preparation and finishing. If you're motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, we'd also like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Prepare sites for concrete pours.
- Assist with forming, grading, and site setup.
- Finish concrete to a high standard.
- Operate and safely use power tools and hand tools.
- Help with forming, stripping, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Follow all safety procedures and work well around heavy equipment, including bobcats and other machinery.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of concrete experience is preferred.




- Experience with residential flatwork is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.
- Safety-minded and aware of surroundings on active construction sites.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
