Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of building and renovating structures, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on contributions will help bring construction visions to life, from initial groundwork to finishing touches.

Responsibilities

- Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and basic carpentry
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like caulking, painting, flooring installation,
- Operate equipment safely and follow all safety protocols on-site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Be able to lift 50 Pounds

Skills





- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools used in construction
- Previous construction experience or familiarity with building sites preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, caulking, painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, and tile laying is a plus
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times
