The Role This is not a clipboard job. We're looking for a Project Manager who came up through the trades and still knows how the work gets done, because you'll be expected to spot a problem on site, understand why it happened, and fix it or show someone how to. You'll also own the schedule, the coordination, and the budget discipline that keeps a custom home moving.

You'll carry two to four custom homes or major renovations at a time, working alongside our existing project managers.

What You'll Own

- Run projects end to end: schedule, trades, quality, and budget on custom homes and major renovations
- Be on site regularly: catch problems early, correct process in the moment, and hold the standard
- Coordinate trades and suppliers: confirm they show up, walk scopes with them, sequence the work, and keep material on site ahead of the crew
- Manage budgets you're accountable for, with the expectation you'll take on scoping and estimating your own projects over time
- Read and work from drawings: catch conflicts and gaps before they become field problems
- Client communication: professional updates, clear expectations, no surprises
- Documentation and close-out: keep records current so anyone can see where a job stands





Skills & Experience You’ll Need

- Real construction and home building experience, including time on the tools
- You understand how a house actually goes together: framing, concrete, building envelope and wraps, mechanical systems, and what proper finishing looks like
- You can do the work, not just describe it. You know good from bad by looking at it
- Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings
- Trades respect you. You're easy to work with, but you don't get walked on
- Strong on scheduling and budget discipline
- Organized and self-directed. You close your own loops
- You communicate like a skilled, in writing and in person, with discerning clients
- Comfortable with digital tools (we run on Slack and our own software)
- Valid driver's license required

Compensation

- 70-100K per year
