We are seeking a energetic and skilled Construction Specialist to join our team and help bring ambitious building projects to life. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

- Interpret and follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively across various job sites.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality structures.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform carpentry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, and caulking as required by project specifications.




- Assist in construction estimating by assessing materials and labor needs for upcoming phases.
- Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to safety regulations at all times.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical schematics.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Extensive construction experience across multiple disciplines including carpentry, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, and concrete finishing.
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in concrete forming, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and painting techniques.
- Experience with construction estimating processes for project planning and resource allocation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to construction sites and equipment operation.
