Elevate your clinical expertise with HSO as a Consultant Technologist in a hybrid work model. Contribute to Proficiency Testing and make an impact in laboratory standards and practices. This full time, permanent role at the Health Standards Organization requires collaboration within the Proficiency Testing team.
As the Consultant Technologist, you will analyze statistical data and provide insights to Scientific Committees. Utilizing your clinical laboratory experience, you will ensure alignment with ISO/IEC 17043 standards while supporting best practices across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute PT surveys with laboratory partners
- Prepare technical reports and facilitate PT-related meetings
- Monitor laboratory performance and communicate findings
- Collaborate with Scientific Committees for quality improvement
- Lead PT program delivery and documentation development Requirements:
- General Medical Laboratory Technologist certification
- Minimum of 6 years clinical laboratory experience
- Strong knowledge of various testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
