Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contracted Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team, providing high-quality behavioural services to children and families across Southwestern Ontario.
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behaviour intervention plans for children with complex special needs. This is a contract position with flexible schedule based on client needs, offering a combination of in-person and remote work.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify each child's strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behaviour intervention plans that align with evidence-based practices and BACB ethical standards.
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and support to therapists, behaviour technicians, and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Train caregivers and support staff in behaviour management strategies, skill acquisition programs, and accurate data collection methods.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data to evaluate progress and make data-driven treatment recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and privacy legislation.
- Collaborate with families, educators, healthcare professionals,
and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
- Participate in onboarding, mentoring, and ongoing training of new clinical team members as required.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, or eligibility for certification renewal.
- Experience providing behavioural assessment and intervention services to children, preferably within educational, clinical, or community settings.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Knowledge of Ontario Complex Special Needs (CSN) Funding, Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) guidelines, and related service requirements.
- Familiarity with special education practices and interdisciplinary service delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, interpreting, and reporting behavioural data to guide clinical decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently.

Pay: $70.00-$110.00 per hour
