Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of food preparation and service, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, food safety, and providing excellent food service.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes and standards
- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Cook menu items with consistency and attention to presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
- Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of prepared dishes




- Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Adhere to sanitation standards and health regulations to ensure a secure working environment

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety practices
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry.
- Candidates should be passionate about food industry standards, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
