Overview

BarBURRITO is looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and dependable Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding guest experience by preparing fresh, high-quality food, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting, ensuring orders are prepared accurately and efficiently while following food safety and quality standards.

No previous experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Duties

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner while providing excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Prepare burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and other menu items according to barBURRITO recipes and quality standards.
- Portion ingredients accurately and ensure food is prepared fresh and presented properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation,



and health regulations at all times.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, and supplies as needed.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash, debit, and credit card transactions accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide fast and efficient service during busy periods.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, stocking, and equipment preparation.
- Monitor ingredient levels and inform management when supplies need replenishing.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming setting for both customers and coworkers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

Experience

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and time-management skills.
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (11 kg).

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
