Duties

- Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, accurately processing orders and payments
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces to ensure a sanitary environment




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Prepare and organize all food items in the back kitchen while maintaining food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Receive, organize, and stock delivered inventory, including lifting and moving boxes as needed (typically once or twice per week).
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety guidelines to ensure quality and compliance across all operationsExperience
- Previous food service experience or restaurant background preferred but not required; training will be provided
