Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health regulations are met




- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing register operations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
