We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our croissant production team. This is a Full time position with primary duties being croissant production and 1-2 shifts in our pastry department per week. 6am-2pm schedule. Must be available weekends, able to stand for long periods of time, and to lift up to 50lbs consistently.

You will be producing a high volume of quality products in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a strong background in baking, with experience in lamination.

Responsibilities

- Laminating, sheeting, cutting, and rolling croissant dough.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including making creative fillings for pastries.
- Mixing croissant dough based on our high quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely order fulfillment. Be a team player.
- Sharing cleaning duties with production team.
- Cross-training in other departments including party, bread, and kitchen prep.




- Uphold food handling standards to guarantee the safety and quality of all products.

Experience

- Previous experience in pastry type products is required.
- A background in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential for maintaining a safe working environment. Food Safe Level 1 Certification is required.
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, baking, and packaging will be advantageous.
- Kitchen experience that includes working with various tools and equipment used in baking and food preparation is highly desirable. Join us in creating delightful treats that bring joy to our customers!

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
