Overview

Prestige 416 is currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Customer Care Coordinator.

This role is suited for a strong candidate with extensive experience in customer care coordination, Tarion warranty processes, and homeowner relations within the residential construction industry. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, detail oriented, and capable of managing customer care operations in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee homeowner service appointments and follow ups
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, trades, site staff, and management teams
- Manage and track deficiencies, warranty items, and service requests from start to completion
- Maintain organized records, reports, and customer care documentation
- Assist in resolving escalated homeowner concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service timelines are met
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times




- Assist with overall customer care operations and workflow management

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in customer care coordination, construction administration, or a related role within the residential construction industry
- Strong experience working with Tarion warranty processes
- Experience using the Builder Lynx operating system
- Strong understanding of Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines, including the ability to confidently determine warrantable and non warrantable items
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a quick paced environment
- Professional, polished, and customer focused approach
