We are looking for a friendly, professional, highly organized, and customer focused Receptionist who loves helping people and takes pride in making every customer feel valued from the moment they walk through our doors. Whether you’re greeting customers, coordinating with departments, or keeping the office running smoothly, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable experiences every day.

Opportunities are available for both full-time and part-time positions.

- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00-4:30 (40 hours per week)
- Part time: Weekend shifts, with flexible coverage and variable hours based on business needs

What You'll Do:

- Greet every customer and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Create a welcoming atmosphere in our showroom and customer lounge
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Assist customers with questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, correspondence, and document preparation
- Process mail, order office supplies, and perform general office duties
- Keep the reception and customer area organized, clean, and inviting
- Responsible for warranty management, uploading RV photos, and maintaining accurate records




- Support customers through paperwork and administrative processes as needed
- Support other departments whenever needed to help deliver an outstanding customer experience

You’ll Be Successful in This Role If You Are:

- Friendly, approachable, and naturally welcoming
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- An excellent written and verbal communicator with a positive, professional attitude
- Experienced in reception, administration, hospitality, retail, tourism, or another customer-facing role (One year minimum)
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while being a supportive team player
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Available to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Have a Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (asset)
