- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries related to automotive services, repairs, and sales.
- Provide detailed information about vehicle maintenance, repair options, and available products or services.
- Upsell additional services or accessories by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely service delivery and communicate customer expectations clearly.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions,



and service history.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or experience working as a mechanic is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
- Proven sales ability with a focus on upselling and enhancing customer experience.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and manage financial transactions responsibly.
- A proactive attitude with the motivation to learn more about automotive products and services.
