Andrews Farm Market & Winery is a cherished local family farm established in 1980 on 165 scenic acres in Halton Hills, just north of Milton. We offer pick-your-own fruits and flowers, a farm market, a winery, and seasonal experiences that bring families and the community together. About the Role

We are looking for reliable, outgoing individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team in part-time customer service positions at our farm location. We are currently hiring for 2 positions, to start by August 15th, 2026.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a busy seasonal environment, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service.
- Process cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with customer questions and general front-line service.
- Refill fridges and assist with light physical work as needed.
- Move equipment and farming-related materials when required.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer area.
- Support other customer service duties as needed.





What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in customer service.
- Confidence handling cash correctly.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Comfort working with families, seniors, children, dogs, and a busy farm environment.
- Ability to handle some physical tasks, including lifting, moving items, and refilling fridges.
- Reliability and a positive attitude.
- Availability on weekends and holidays is required.

Schedule:

- Must be available at least 2–3 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
- Shifts are generally during the day, approximately 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Availability is required from now through November 2.
- This is an in-person position.
