Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in navigating products and services with enthusiasm.
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Support sales efforts through upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.
- Manage cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, POS transactions, and basic math calculations accurately.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked, properly priced, and visually appealing.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize strong communication skills to explain technical features clearly, especially during product demos or technical sales interactions.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Strong organizational skills and time management are essential for balancing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, help build rapport with customers.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy are necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.
