Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This role involves responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information on orders, products, and delivery timelines. The representative will process orders, track shipments, manage returns, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Daily tasks include documenting interactions in the system, coordinating with warehouse and sales teams, and following up with customers to maintain high satisfaction. The role also includes identifying common customer needs,



suggesting process improvements, and supporting a professional and courteous service environment.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction.

Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service roles, ideally in a distribution, medical, or healthcare-related setting.

Comfort working as part of a team of Customer Service Representatives, with a focus on collaboration and reliability.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French language skills are an asset in Montreal.

Proficiency with CRM or order management systems and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets).

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.

Demonstrated ability to interact respectfully with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles and a high school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
