We are looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. This rep will play an key role in supporting our Customer Service Manager by handling customer queries & requests in our busy period.

Responsibilities:

- Engaging with customers via phone, email & online chat.
- Entering and handling customers' requests in the CRM while adhering to the customer service processes and policies.
- Coordinating within departments to ensure complaints are handled and resolved efficiently.
- Assisting walk-in customers with order information and order completion.
- Database management.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

- Relevant customer service experience of two to three years.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new programs.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word and Excel); mail merge.




- Awareness of the latest tools & trends in customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A pleasant and upbeat demeanor.
- Patience and empathy.
- Able to work well with others.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Problem-solving.
- Excellent written and conversational English required.

Hours:

- The successful candidate will be willing to work 8 hours per day with the possibility of overtime based on call volume (negotiable), running seasonally from Sept 2026 until the end of November 2026.

- We are located centrally in Burnaby and are a convenient 5-minute walk from Royal Oak SkyTrain station.
