About the Company
At Torc, we have always believed that autonomous vehicle technology will transform how we travel, move freight, and do business.
A leader in autonomous driving since 2007, Torc has spent over a decade commercializing our solutions with experienced partners. Now a part of the Daimler family, we are focused solely on developing software for automated trucks to transform how the world moves freight.
Join us and catapult your career with the company that helped pioneer autonomous technology, and the first AV software company with the vision to partner directly with a truck manufacturer.

- Own performance management for your team, including delivering continuous, constructive feedback
- Partner with peer managers and People Operations on performance analysis and related people processes
Annotation & Quality Oversight
- Ensure the team accurately annotates objects in both 2D and 3D environments, including bounding boxes, cuboids, and other shape types
- Oversee review of pre-labeled data to ensure it follows detailed guidelines
- Support the team in accepting, rejecting, or correcting annotations, and ensure clear notes are provided when corrections are needed
- Respond to changes in procedure or feedback from the quality assurance process and cascade updates to the team
- Help the team learn and master internal annotation tools over time
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Prior experience managing or supervising a team, ideally in a production, data operations, annotation, or similarly process-driven workplace
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of annotation/labeling workflows
- Ability to keep a team focused and efficient during repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Comfortable supporting multiple projects and reprioritizing the team's work as needed
- Self-motivated and able to lead a team with minimal supervision
- Clear, effective communication skills, both with your team and with cross-functional partners
- Ability to apply feedback and drive continuous improvement across the team's skills and workflow
