Job Overview The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, timely, and professional delivery of Fratello Coffee Roasters products to wholesale and internal customers. This role ensures deliveries are completed in compliance with Fratello’s food safety, CFIA, and traceability requirements while representing the company’s brand and values at customer locations.

As one of the most visible representatives of Fratello Coffee Roasters, the Delivery Driver is expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, communication, and customer service. When deliveries are complete, this role supports warehouse operations as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.

Areas of Responsibility

Delivery Planning & Communication

- Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor each morning to confirm delivery schedules and priorities
- Organize and complete delivery routes efficiently and on time
- Provide updates to the Warehouse Supervisor throughout the day regarding delivery progress or issues

Order Handling & Delivery Accuracy

- Load delivery vehicles in a clean, secure, and organized manner
- Verify orders against packing slips prior to departure
- Deliver products into customer locations and confirm appropriate drop-off areas
- Obtain customer sign-off confirming delivery accuracy and condition
- Report discrepancies, damages, or delivery issues immediately

Vehicle Care & Facility Standards

- Perform daily vehicle checks (lights, tires, fluids, general condition)
- Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and professional condition
- Keep vehicle interiors free from food, debris, clutter, and paperwork




- Ensure vehicles are washed at minimum once per week
- Respect the zero tolerance for smoking or vaping in company vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of Fratello’s gated parking and delivery yard areas

Food Safety, CFIA & Traceability Compliance

- Follow all delivery-related food safety and traceability procedures
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and GMP procedures applicable to warehouse operations
- Handle products to prevent contamination, damage, or environmental exposure
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and return completed records promptly
- Escalate any food safety, quality, or traceability concerns immediately
- Report safety, quality or equipment concerns/repairs immediately to the Warehouse Supervisor or Product & Operations Manager

Customer Interaction, Professional Conduct & Brand Representation

- Act as a professional, courteous, and respectful representative of Fratello Coffee Roasters at all customer locations
- This role is a key ambassador for Fratello Coffee Roasters and must consistently reflect the company positively
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal team members at all times
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold Fratello’s values and professional standards




- Drivers may accept beverages offered by customers but must not accept food
- Respect customer businesses by avoiding acceptance of free products or services
- Direct customer questions regarding products, pricing, terms, or services to the appropriate sales representative and ensure follow-up occurs
- Observe and report potential merchandising opportunities, recent products, or customer feedback to the sales team or Warehouse Supervisor
- Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain a clean driving record
- Any traffic, parking, or moving violations incurred during work hours are the responsibility of the driver

Warehouse Support & Cross-Department Assistance

- Return to Fratello after deliveries to assist with warehouse duties as directed
- Support order picking, packaging assistance, cleaning, and pallet organization
- Operate forklift equipment if trained and authorized
- Assist Packaging or Warehouse teams as required

You’re a great fit if you have:

- Valid driver’s license class 5 with clean driving record
- Delivery, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and loading
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum high school education

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
