Office Manager (Co-Leadership Role)

Century Stone Dental is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our leadership team in a co-leadership role. Working alongside our Regional Manager and senior leadership, you'll help lead a high-performing team, improve systems, and ensure the practice operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What You'll Do

- Lead, coach, and develop an outstanding team
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Monitor production, efficiency, and office performance
- Work with senior leadership to implement systems and protocols
- Drive accountability, organization, and continuous improvement
- Staff and Dr. shift Schedules
- KPI's for the team

The Candidate must have minimum 2 years DENTAL OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
